Visitation can be arranged for family pets or therapy dogs.
Residents may keep small dogs or cats under approved situations that will be discussed during admission.
Yes. Download a PDF file of our floor plans and dimensions. We encourage your loved ones to bring furniture and personal items that are familiar to them.
Yes – Our campus was specifically designed and built with safety and accessibility in mind from the minute you walk through the front door. From handrails in the hallways to roll-in showers in each private bath, we encourage our residents to maintain their independence and mobility.
Relatives and friends are encouraged to visit often! We offer an open-door policy which gives you peace of mind that you can visit at any time. In an effort to keep daily activity disruptions to a minimum and out of respect for all residents of our center, we do encourage visits during reasonable daytime hours.
Our staff designs events to encourage social, physical and mental stimulation. Such activities include storytelling, music therapy, art instruction, various daily exercises including group walks, Wii sporting games and crafts, just to name a few. Activities will change pending the likes and dislikes of our residents. Our library and activities room includes a computer with full internet access for surfing the Web, e-mails or just playing games, in addition to two convertible game tables for reading, card games or bumper pool. From time to time, we also invite outside entertainers to perform for our residents. We ensure that birthdays and holidays are observed with parties for all – and sometimes “Just Because”!
Yes. We maintain a 24 Hour / 7 Day per week awake staff.
At this time we do accept ALTC’S (Medicaid) but not Medicare. We do, however, accept privatepay residents in Assisted Living.
We determine cost based upon the level of required services needed by the resident. We begin by discussing your loved one’s needs to determine level of care, which services are necessary, and what options exist. All initial assessments are completed by an experienced RN.
An individual temperature controlled room with a private bathroom, cable, internet; three quality meals and snacks daily; assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming and dressing; daily housekeeping, weekly laundry and linen service; scheduled entertainment and outings as well as administration and management of medications.
Medicines (these are usually provided by the residents’ insurance plans), specialty supplies such as incontinent supplies, salon services and transportation (dependent on location) and specialty outings.
